  • Kommerzielle Open-Source-Software übertrifft herkömmliche Lösungen in Sachen Stabilität, Qualität und Kontrolle. 67% der Befragten in EMEA meinten, dass kommerzielle Open-Source-Software zu einer höheren Stabilität der Geschäftsabläufe führt.
  • Vor allem Mitarbeiter stellen ein hohes Risiko für Sicherheit und Datenschutz dar. 79% der Mitarbeiter folgen den Unternehmensrichtlinien nicht und teilen vertrauliche Dokumente.
  • Die Unzufriedenheit von IT-Verantwortlichen mit proprietärer Software bietet Open-Source-Lösungen neue Chancen. 65% der Befragten in EMEA sind entweder nur zum Teil oder nicht zufrieden mit ihren aktuellen Kollaborations- und Kommunikationslösungen – die zum größten Teil von proprietären Anbietern stammen.
