Zimbra Collaboration Contest

System administrators rely on system logs as a source of information. But logs can play a broader role in the health of an organization’s information infrastructure. To drive community innovation and information sharing, Zimbra is introducing a contest for Zimbra Collaboration.

We want to find the best use of a centralized log management infrastructure that includes Zimbra Collaboration. The winner will receive an open source prize that includes some pretty awesome gear. Check out the blog to participate and learn more.

Zimbra Security

Zimbra is aware of a Linux vulnerability known as GHOST (CVE 2015-0235).

At this time, and to the best of our knowledge, there are no known exploits against Zimbra’s software related to CVE 2015-0235.

**Recommendation**
Zimbra recommends that anyone running Linux update their systems as soon as possible. And while Linux doesn’t usually require a restart, it is recommended to ensure all underlying software services are patched.
