Bug Lookup Tool Now Available!
Wondering about the status of a Zimbra Bug or RFE? Now you can easily check the status using the Bug Lookup tool on the Zimbra Support Portal.
- Go to support.zimbra.com, and log in with your credentials.*
- Click “Bug Lookup” in the Support Menu (left hand nav panel).
- Enter your bug number starting with ZRFE- or ZBUG-.**
- View the bug’s status in the “Product Management's comments on the bug” field.
That’s all there is to it!
* If you don’t have access to the Zimbra Support Portal, contact your admin.
** Bugs created before 2020 will not be in the Bug Lookup Tool.
