NEW Zimbra Talk V2 / Zimbra 8.8.8 "Turing" Is Here!
Zimbra 8.8.8 (aka "Turing Release") is now available. It includes an easier path for multi-server upgrades as well as the NEW Zimbra Talk V2--a secure, high-quality, WebRTC chat and call solution for Zimbra with simplified deployment and administration ... and a completely new tab in the Zimbra web client UI.

Zimbra Collaboration 8.7.11 Patch 1 Available, Includes Security Fixes
A patch has been issued for 8.7.11 GA release that includes security fixes as listed in the release notes. Download the patch for Network Edition and for Open Source Edition. Please read the release notes here.

Taiwan Cyber Security Summit Recap
Softnext Technologies Corp. was a Gold sponsor at the 4th Taiwan Security Conference, held 14 - 16 March at the TICC. Opening speeches by Mr. Li Decai, a member of the National Security Conference Advisory Committee, and Shen Rongjin, Minister of Economic Affairs, emphasized the importance of safety and security as the basis for further developing a digital economy. The event was a great success with over 1,000 attendees visiting the Softnext booth.
Zimbra APAC Team Spotlight
Many great and wonderful things are happening for the APAC Team, and we want to share the news!
- Some of you may have met Eugene Soosay in person or via email. Eugene is our new Sr. Channels Manager, and he will be traveling the region to meet our APAC partners.
- Ivy Lee, who many of you know from APAC sales, is now the Sr. Sales Director in APAC.
- Our star solution advisor, Gautam Ramachandran, is now Director of Solutions Advisory. Gautam will be at the helm of our Solutions Advisory team for the International Markets.
- In India, Piyush Mathur expanded his role to cover the APAC region as the Sr. Solutions Advisor. Piyush will spend his time between India, ASEAN and GCH, helping to manage all the technical enablements for our channel partners.
Zimbra Continues Customer Momentum
Zimbra (Synacor) added more than 150 new Zimbra Collaboration Suite customers around the world in Q4 2017. Q4 wins include the City of Rennes (France), HiWin Technologies Corp. (Taiwan) and Maronda Homes (United States). In addition, Zimbra added nearly 40 channel partners certified to sell Synacor products, growing the existing base to more than 1,900 partners worldwide.
