Did You Know: Adding a Photo to a Zimbra Contact

Did you know that you can add a photo to a Zimbra contact?

On the Contacts tab, click the contact to which you want to add a photo, and click Edit.

The photo is displayed with View and Remove links. Save the contact, and the photo is saved with the contact.

  Hi Pat – We do not have a Zimbra script to add photos. If you have ninja script writing skills, you can create one.

Yes so this is nice but what would be nicer was if the photo also appeared on emails instead of the fisherprice little people pic…

How do I change my own profile picture in Zimbra mail? When i send out mail to clients, it shows weird “Question Mark” avatar for my profile in their mailbox. Not good for business. Please help
